It's Christmas Time...in the city..and the country...and everywhere...

It has been a fun November/December so far and we've been having a lot of fun with families getting their Christmas portraits taken.  Some are doing it to make Christmas cards, some are first timers and some are repeating a family tradition of having a family photo taken every year.  Denise and her family below had their holiday photos taken while it the trees were still full of autumn color and so we added a touch of colder weather to their session in post production...

As the temperature decreases and the snow arrives we look forward to returning to this tree farm pictured below to take more beautiful photos of families around the holidays.  I took my parents out here with my son to get a few of them all together before they traveled back home to NY over the Thanksgiving break.

Finally we helped the Shirleys' create an in studio image on white for their annual Christmas card.  This wonderful little family came by the studio, chased around the house cats and got a lovely image that they will be sending out to family and friends this holiday season.
