The Process
1. The first thing that happens in the process of booking a photo session is a consultation. After speaking on the phone or via email we will arrange a date and time for your session. Any information will be provided prior to your session with ample time to confirm and/or make any necessary changes.
2. On the day of the session we will talk a little beforehand and make absolute sure that we are on the same page. I want to make sure I completely understand your needs and also want you to be comfortable and confident during the entire session be it in the studio, in a park, or a city street that we will create the best possible photographs for whatever needs you may have. When you come into the studio for your session, we will determine the looks we are going to shoot. Feel free to bring several options but be prepared to shoot the number of looks you have selected.
3. Once the session is a gallery of choices will be created personally for you to review your images and select for retouching (basic retouching such as color correction will be applied before review). Once you have narrowed down your choices, you selections will be completely retouched and presented in your gallery for you make your final selections (these will be the headshots YOU decide to purchase and will be priced per image). Your final selection Gallery will be available for two weeks after you receive your link. Professional photography is an investment not only in yourself, an investment in your photographer, and an investment in the quality work of the work as well as the physical photographs. That Headshot Guy Photography provides different services to a variety of clients and has relationships with the best printing labs in the country and therefore the pricing structure can seem overwhelming. Pricing can vary greatly and we encourage you to meet with in person to discuss the options available to you.

4. Re-orders or add-ons can be purchased for up to 30 days after the review and order date. Photos will be available in an online gallery for review and purchase AFTER the initial order has been made. Social media ready digital image copies are provided for each image ordered.
