In an effort to accommodate as many of you wonderful, talented, and passionate entertainers/actors as possible, we have simplified the headshot process and given our pricing a complete overhaul so you can make the most of your session!
SITTING FEE: $295.00 - unlimited wardrobe changes, up to 3 hours per session. Access to view all images taken at your session in an online preview gallery, print release included. Retouched images $65.00 each.
Hair and makeup is an available add-on.

1. When you come into the studio for your session, we will determine the looks we are going to shoot (a look relates to your outfit in this case not whether or not we are shooting a commercial type headshot or a theatrical type as well will shoot variations of both with each look you decide on. Feel free to bring several options but be prepared to shoot the number of looks (outfits) you have selected.
2. Following the session, a gallery of choices will be created personally for you to review your images and select for retouching (basic retouching such as color correction will be applied before review)
3. Once you have narrowed down your choices, you selections will be completely retouched and presented in your gallery for you make your final selections (these will be the headshots YOU decide to purchase and will be priced per image if not part of a package option). Your final selection Gallery will be available for two weeks after you receive your link.
4. Once you have decided on the images you would like to purchase you can choose to have the images delivered digitally, order prints, or both. If you choose to only order prints, the image(s) you select for printing will be priced per number of prints and not per image. If you choose both an additional discount will be applied to the digital version of each image selected.
ALL final images purchased will be delivered cropped both vertically as well as horizontally. If you choose digital delivery, of one image, you will receive 2 variations of that image (vertical and horizontal crop, b&w will also be available if requested).
PA sales tax (6%) will be added to all invoices.
If you would like to also have 1/2 body, 3/4 body and fully body shots taken, please let us know so that we can account for the time both photographing and post production.
Cancellation: payment is due in full if cancelled less than 48 hours from the date of your session.
50% Session Payment is due at time of booking. This is the deposit amount and cannot be refunded if appointment is cancelled less than 36 hours before your session.
