Business Portraits/Headshots for GROUPS
additional images available for $20.00/image and a group image if desired for $100.00(on Location Only)
1. Photographer setup fee: $175.00 (offices of under 12 employees) / Photographer setup fee: $400.00 (offices of over 12 employees)
Sitting Fee per person (in studio or at your location):
$85 for one look 5-10 people - one image for each included fully retouched
$75 for one look 11-20 people - one image for each included fully retouched
$65.00 for one look 21-30 people - one image for each included fully retouched
$55.00 for one look 31-50 people - one image for each included fully retouched
$45.00 for one look 51+ people - one image for each included fully retouched
We will travel to you! Our travel fee is $1.25/mile over 25 miles(total trip).
2. When you come into the studio for your session, we will determine the looks we are going to shoot. Feel free to bring several options but be prepared to shoot the number of looks you have selected.
3. Following the session, a gallery of choices will be created personally for you to review your images and select for retouching (basic retouching such as color correction will be applied before review). Additional retouched images are $40.00 each.
4. Once you have narrowed down your choices, your selections will be completely retouched and presented in your gallery for you make your final selections. Each client will receive one final digital image of each look photographed.
5. Business portraits are delivered digitally only.
6. Group Photo available as an add-on for $100.00.
Digital images will include a print release for the entire group or office ($250.00 flat fee for offices with 11+ people, $175 for offices of up to 10 people).
PA sales tax (6%) will be added to all invoices.
